The present document is subordinated to the terms and conditions that regulate the use of this Website and the agreement that is established between both parties (client and the entity responsible for the site).

Any and all orders placed with Mr.Blue through the online store shall be governed by these Conditions of Purchase.

By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these purchasing conditions.

  • Acceptance of the conditions of use

By using Mr.Blue's website, you accept and agree to belong to the database, thus being bound to it.

All data obtained through the registration of the client will be automatically processed for treatment of direct marketing actions of Mr.Blue, with the consent of the client.

Mr.Blue reserves the right to change these terms of purchase at any time. Whenever it is necessary for us to change the terms of purchase, they will be published on this site and we will inform you in advance.

  • Confidentiality

Mr. Blue undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to keep them confidential and will adopt the necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account at all times the state of technology.

In any case, we remember that whenever you provide personal information on the network there are risks whose control is beyond our reach, think that in many cases the security of your data depends on how you use the Internet.

It is important that you are aware of the need to use secure passwords and not give your account details to friends or third parties.

  • Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

All disputes or claims arising from the interpretation or execution of this Legal Notice shall be governed by Portuguese legislation and shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Lisbon.

  • Product availability

Any product order is subject to availability.

  • Refusal of order

Mr.Blue reserves the right at any time to remove any products from the present website, or change or delete any materials or content from the present website. Notwithstanding Mr.Blue's effort to, in principle, process all orders, exceptional circumstances may occur which cause it to refuse to process and accept an order even after an Acknowledgement of Order has been sent.

Mr.Blue will not be liable to you or any third party for the disposal of any product, the alteration or deletion of any materials or content on this Website, or for refusing to complete processing or accept any order for which an Order Acknowledgement has been sent.

  • Delivery

Mr.Blue will use its best endeavours to ensure that, save in exceptional circumstances, products in a Shipment Confirmation are delivered within the stated timescales. If, for any reason, Mr.Blue cannot deliver within the timeframe given, you will be informed and given the option to keep your order or to cancel it for a full refund.

The customer should note that Mr.Blue does not deliver at weekends or on public holidays.

For all due purposes, an order delivery is considered "delivered" when the delivery slip is signed at the address provided by the customer.

  • Impossibility of delivery

If Mr.Blue is unable to deliver, we will attempt a second delivery by appointment with the customer.

  • Value added tax

In accordance with current rules and regulations, all purchases made on this website are subject to value added tax (VAT).

  • Payment

Mr.Blue invoices are always sent together with the order, being this the valid document as a receipt.

Payment is made upon validation of the order, if this does not occur the order is not considered valid.

  • Right of withdrawal & return

You can return Mr. Blue products under the following conditions:

You have 90 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return, if it is in perfect condition and the item(s) have not been used and with the proof of purchase document. We do not accept returns of underwear or used items. Purchases made in November will have an extended period for returns, being possible to make the same until 31 December.

You can return your order in the following ways:

  • Going to one of our Mr. Blue stores (Free of charge) with the original invoice. The reimbursement of the value of the items is made through an exchange voucher to be used in a new purchase (you will have 180 days to do it). This voucher can be used online or in physical stores.
  • Send to the Central Warehouse (Cost borne by the customer) - Maia Logistics Centre 2 - CLM2. Rua Eng Antonio Ricca Gonçalves nº307 Z. I. da Maia I - sector VIII 4475-298 Gemunde Maia- in the original package, the article(s) with the respective original invoice. You must start the return process on the online site through your personal area. Open the order you wish to return (partially or totally) and start the return process, following the indicated steps. The value of the order will be returned to you by the same method of payment.

To exercise this right of free cancellation of the contract, the Customer may fill out the following Free Cancellation Form, or through any other unequivocal statement to that effect.

We only accept returns of articles that are without any trace of use/alteration/washing, in perfect conditions and with original labels (price tags or others). Finally, we warn that when returning products the Customer should use the original packaging and pack them properly.


We will reimburse you with the value of the returned articles, within a maximum of 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same payment method you used to pay for your order, and you will incur no additional charges. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or until you send us proof that you have returned the items to us, whichever we receive first.

You will incur the cost of returning the items if you do not choose the in-store delivery method.

  • Exchange

The Customer may exchange the product within 90 days after receiving it in our stores, being able to exchange for size, color or even for another product.
