By registering on our site, your data will be stored, which will facilitate your future purchases.
If you make the purchase as a guest, all information will be sent by email.
Shopping at Mr. Blue has never been easier. Just follow these steps:
Choose the category you want, model and colour/pattern.
To access more details of the product(s) you are interested in, simply click on the image of the article(s) in question, where you will have access to all necessary information: composition and care, available sizes, colours, reference and respective price.
If in doubt about sizes, you will always have our size chart or our virtual fitting room available.
2. Select the item you want, colour, size and quantity and add it to your shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping or checkout.
3. If you continue shopping, repeat the previous processes until you have completed your purchase
4. If you wish to process your order, you must either log in if you already have an account with us, register, or continue as a guest.
5. Check that they are correct, select the delivery method, then the payment method and click on place my order.
Note: You will always receive an email confirmation of your order.
Orders placed through the Portugal shop can only be shipped to mainland Portugal and the Islands. If you wish to place an order to another market you will have to enter our international shop at www.mr-blue.com
When you add the item(s) to your cart select whether you want them to be a gift.

Note: No price-free coupons are issued. Once you wish to exchange your items, all you need to do is enter your order number in one of the Mr.Blue stores.
You can request an invoice for your order as an individual or company. To do this, please add your VAT number and all billing data during the payment phase in the Billing Address field.
The invoice is sent when the order is shipped.
Campaigns and promotional codes
Mr. Blue communicates campaigns on the site where the promotional price is presented red with the product. In these cases the system automatically applies the discount to the shopping cart whenever the conditions are gathered.

If you have a promotional code/gift voucher you can use it before finalizing the order in the 'Summary of your purchase'. Enter it in the 'promotional code' field and click on 'Validate'.
If the promotional code is not valid, please contact email@example.com customer service to confirm the conditions and validity of the code.
In case of return or exchange, the value of the promotional code will not be refunded.
The promotional code cannot be exchanged for cash.
The shipment of your order is made through a specialized carrier, in which guarantees the delivery of your order within the stipulated period.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a delivery note number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track your order.

Deliveries are made during working hours (09h-18h), so we advise you to choose an address where you can be in this period.
DPD makes 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is not made, the order enters automatically in the process of returning to our warehouse, not being possible to make a new shipment.

You have 6 working days to collect your order. To collect your order you must present your ID and the waybill, whose number is sent by email once the order is dispatched from the warehouse.

The pickup point returns the order to DPD after the pickup deadline is exceeded. After the return process is started it is not possible to make a new shipment.
After the purchase is finalized, it is not possible to change the order data.

In this case, you can wait to receive the order and exchange it in a Mr.Blue store or cancel and place a new order with the desired article/size.
The cancellation of your order can be made within 24h after the order has been placed.
Orders for countries outside the E.U., may incur an extra fee plus import customs duties at the time they are received in the destination country. These same fees will be paid by the recipient of the order.
Customs policies and import taxes vary by country, so it is not possible to have a control over expenses and costs.

If the delivery time has been exceeded and you have not received your order, please contact the Customer Support service email@example.com indicating: Name; Order No. and Order Date.

Ways of payment
The SIBS® , Stripe®, Amazon® and Paypal® payments.
Thus, you will have at your disposal the following means of payment: Visa credit card, Mastercard or American Express, ATM, MBWay, Apple pay, Amazon pay and Paypal.
You can also use the gift card as a payment method.
The Mr.Blue Gift Card, is a single use virtual card that you can use online and in store, valid for 6 months, after being ordered.
How to offer:
1. choose the amount you want to offer;
2. "Add to basket" and make the payment with the available payment methods.
How to use
The amount of your card is shown in the email you received with it and is for one-time use only.
You can use it before finalising your order in the "Purchase Summary". Enter the code sent to you by email in the "promotional code" field and then click on "validate".
If your purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, you can combine it with any other payment method.

You may exchange and/or return your item(s) within 90 days of placing your order.

Mr.Blue reserves the right to refuse exchanges and/or returns out of date if the items are not in the same conditions in which they were sent and/or do not respect our return conditions.
Note: For a matter of hygiene, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns of underwear or used items.
Free Return the item(s) together with the original invoice to one of our Mr.Blue stores.

Cost supported by the client
If you are a registered customer, you should initiate the return process in your customer area.
If you made the order as a guest, you should contact the customer support service firstname.lastname@example.org, if you wish to return an item.
The item will have to be sent together with the original invoice to the following address:

The refund will be processed through the payment method used when you made the purchase, within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt of the items.
Note: Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please also be advised that shipments to our warehouse will result in returns, as we are not able to make direct exchanges as in store.
Exclusive to returns in store
When you make a return in store, the refund of your item is made through an exchange voucher for use on a new purchase valid for 180 days.
This voucher can be used online or in physical stores.
You can exchange an item purchased in our online shop only in one of our physical Mr. Blue stores, within 90 days after placing your order.
Outlet items can only be exchanged in outlet stores, because in collection stores, it is only possible to return them.
